Quick Weight Loss Tips

Many of my friends and colleagues asked me about my secret in losing weight. Some of them says that it seems I didn’t have a child. These statements flatters me most. Because of this, I will share to you a quick weight loss tips.

Here we go!

1. Don’t skip meals. The more you skip, the more you eat. Eat 1 cup of rice,

2. Walk. I walk at least 15 minutes everyday. Sometimes, I carry my baby while walking. This is good for the heart and arm muscle toning.

3. Use the stairs. We live at the 3rd floor so climbing up and down the stairs is one of my daily routines. This is good for buttocks and legs.

4. Eat yogurt. It has live microorganism that is good for your tummy.It also contains low fat and good source of calcium.

5. Practice tummy tuck.  It creates and illusion of thinness.

6. Stretch. I usually do 50 lateral bends  and 50 trunk twisting.

7. Dance. This is the best thing to do. It really burn lots of calories.

8. Baby sitting. I am the baby sitter of my own daughter for 1 month. I enjoyed and loved it.

    You go girl!!!! I think your age has a lot to do with your weight loss. Heck, I do all you’re doing [except for the baby] and I don’t lose weight. I’m three times older than you are. It’s a metabolism thing I think. Besides, I love your smiles!!! Pregnant photo of not pregnant photo…your smile directs the eyes to your beauty.

    THank you so much Hootin’ Anni. Yes, one of the factors of losing weight is metabolism. I am just so lucky that I had a fast metabolism.

      i totally agree with you Mel, great determination and will power are also my secret for I wanted to look good even if I have a baby.
      For me, having a baby is not a hindrance of feeling and looking young and sexy.

    wow!those are really amazing pics. it’s been 8 months since I gave birth to my 2nd baby and I have yet to lose my fats in my tummy and waist–grrr…If I could just eat a bowl of rice…anyway, thanks so much for this post–I’m really inspired to go ahead with my exercise.

      At first, I thought I couldn’t make it, but I believe that if you have discipline and determination, you can achieve it. I know that you can do it sis, so go na go.

      yes, effective and product but naa sad siya side effects, so If I’m going to choose between diet, exercise from taking that pills I will choose the first one.

  12. Men and woman always wonder why they couldn’t burn fat or have a nice looking. The point is they seeking for a magic bullet which gives them what they need at once meanwhile all they need to do is keep reading informative posts like this as well as implement the exercises.

    You can do both, one does not keep you from being effective at the other. As you gain more muscle weight you will not be as efficient at running, because you are carrying the extra weight. So just do what you have been doing, knowing that as you put on the muscles you are working a lot harder at the running.

    I still manage my weight until now… last November, I weigh 47 kgs. Fast forward in May 2011, I weigh 50 kgs.. Sometimes it increases to 55 kgs. especially I ate a lot.. :)
