Make Your Own Havaianas (MYOH)

Last Sunday August 16,  me and my husband went to SM Cebu Northwing to participate the “Make your own Havaianas, it was opened last August 14 and runs until August 17, 2009. The theme was about pop art using  pin designs ranging from lomo cameras, vintage tellies, vibrant jeepneys and ice cream carts to other lifestyle frills. For my creativity, I choose black havaianas top and metallic light golden strap, for the  pin designs I suppose to choose the word “pinoy” but then it is no longer available for there are lots of people flock to the place just to be part of this one of the lifetime big event. I settled for a vinta design. Vinta is a traditional boat found in the Philippine island of Mindanao. Aside from vinta, I also choose flower pin and white  and light rose crystal swarovski. It costs me a bucks around Php 1, 119. However, I don’t mind since the quality of the product is really effective, efficient and stylish.

Check out my photos :

I am one of the millions of Havaianatico. You can check this dates and provinces so will experience the same experience as mine.

  • Cellular blogging is an exciting phenomenon that issweeping the blogosphere. One of the understandings why a lot of bloggers are drawn to the medium of blogging in first place is that they enjoy being able to docommon updates and posts that keep all of their visitors up to speed with currentsituations. Mobile blogs, or”moblogs,” take this to the extreme by allowing users to post things literally as they occur. This new wave of moblogs and mobloggers keep web surfers up to date with good and bad eventsissues of importance as they occur all over the world, helping to make globalcommunication faster and more correct. Many individuals feel that the limits of blogging have a lot to do with geographics. After all, there is only socurrent that a blog can be when you want to run home and boot up in order to update it. However, mobile blogging marks the starting of a thrilling new era when web-based communication can happen spontaneously from any location. Moblogging devices mean that there is almost nowhere on the planet thatremains off-limits for bloggers. Next part following week.
