Deca homes is very known rent-to-own house. It has many branches like in Mactan, Mandaue City, Talisay City, Tunghaan, and Tungkil Minglanilla. I lived in Deca Homes, Tungkil Minglanilla. You can choose row house and single detached house. Basically, I lived in Deca Homes, Tungkil, Minglanilla. We choose a row house for it is cheaper compared to a single detached.
