brighter compared to the CRT, wider view screen, emits lesser radiation and lesser energy consumption. Though the price is quite expensive compared to CRT, but it is worth buying. These are the reasons, why common gamers and owners preferred to use/have lcd monitor. I am one of them who really ask the in charge that I will use the lcd monitor. Due to in demand and there is no available computer to use, I was refused by the in charge. He said that I need to wait for 20 minutes so I could use the CRT and 45 minutes for LCD. I don’t like to wait that long so I decided to go out and find other internet cafe.
