Another Shower Invitation from a Friend

When I arrived home yesterday, I receive new baby shower invitations for my hubby and I. It’s from a friend who will give birth next month. We will be going there next weekend and try to attend the special day of her life as well as with her baby.

Tomorrow will go to a mall to shop for new clothes to wear this coming baby shower. This will be prepared or else, I’ll be the ugliest visitor there. LOL!

1 Reason Why I Don’t Let JUST Anyone Babysit My Baby

This is so horrible that I don’t want those people who have heart disease see this because it may affect them so much. I am really angry to the woman in this video that showers the baby. If killing is not a sin, I would have killed this woman already. This video is really heart-breaking.

Crazy about Plant versus Zombies

Just lately, my brother was indeed became crazy in playing plants versus zombies. He played my character. He started the survival stage. Every now and then, he asked me as to what weapons he will be using on a particular level. One of the levels which is Survival Fog, is one of the hardest level he played. He even said, it is difficult to pass for the zombies cannot be seen due to the fog. Good thing that there is a pond light. I called this pond light because you can place it in a pond using the lily pad. If there is a pond light, you can clearly see the zombies who are ready to eat your brain. My brother collects many silver and gold coins making my money grow bigger. Thanks to him.

The Joy and Hardship of being first time Parents

Parents are the one who support and provides the needs of the family. Nurturing is one of the tasks that they give us since birth. They are the reasons why we survive and able to appreciate the beauty of the world. Without them, we would be nothing.

However, being parent is not easy. Most especially if you are a first time parents. This is what we feel right now. Though it’s been four weeks since I gave birth. Four weeks is been difficult yet rewarding. It is difficult because we are still adjusting in terms of having less hours of sleep; we tend to freak out if the baby cries out loud. You will feel exhausted in singing, dancing and swaying just to let her to calm down. But then, when you see her smile all your worries, fears and wearies will be fade away. This will be rewarding.

These are the things that we don’t know what to do being a first time parents.

1. How to hold the baby. I’m afraid that I might let her fall or broke her tiny bones. For the first week, I always swaddle her because this is the only way that I am confident to hold/ carry my baby.
2. How to take her a bath. After we discharge from the hospital, the following day, I let my neighbor do it because I’m afraid that she might slip out since she’s too small. I can’t do it also since I still have my wound due to c – section.
3. We really freak out at first 2 weeks when the baby cries aloud. Good thing that we read some information. Crying is the only form of communication newborns have. Crying does not always mean your baby is hungry. She may be tired, bored, lonely, feeling too hot or too cold or she may poop. After knowing it, we apply this to our baby.

Today, Chloe Nina Marie is celebrating her four weeks old. We are also proud to say that we had been adjusted to the situation that we had. To all first time parents out there, me and my husband would like to say: “KUDOS” to all of us!. To all kids who are reading this, love your parents for you owe them a lot.

Our Blooming Little Mary has arrived!

June 27, 2009 at 1:09 p.m, Chloe Nina Marie was delivered through C- section due to breech (footling) presentation. She weight about 4 pounds and 14 ounces with the length of 46 cm.

Ryan Pet Arreza and Maria Rose Jane Peligro- Arreza were happy to announce to our family and friends of the arrival of our daughter.
