She really good in dancing and singing. Every time I see her, she really looks happy and young. You can never tell that she has problem in her family. At her age, she manages doing multitasking of being a mother, businesswoman and a certified fitness buff. She really finds time to everything she does.

One day when we meet during one of the conferences I attend which happens she also attended. I was mesmerized by her now look. Her age doesn’t show in her face. I asked her what is her secrets. She just simply answered me with this statement. ” Be happy, keep on smiling, exercise, eat right food and use anti wrinkle cream.

Well, she’s really right. Making yourself happy and fit makes you look young.

Thus, having faux wood blinds are perfect way of spending time together with your family especially during summer.

There are lots of activities which you can do whether indoor and outdoor. Here are my personal lists of suggestive activities.

Indoor activities

  • board games
  • movie marathon
  • making shakes, halo-halo
  • blogging
  • playing online games
  • cleaning the house
  • sleeping
  • exercising

Outdoor activities

  • beach outing
  • playing volleyball (beach volley)
  • mountain hiking
  • exercise
  • hanging out with friends
  • visiting distant relatives

Enjoy the life that is being bestowed by our almighty God. Though, you must also think its advantages and disadvantages. If we abuse the life that is made from the image and likeness, we also abuse God.

We will not know when we will be the end of our life. It could be anytime and anywhere. If it is your time, no matter how will you try to avoid that thing, you will haunt down. If you will be gone in this world, will you be ready? Does your family ready? Will you leave them with problems? or you will leave them with heirs? How will you deal your life while you are still alive? Will you care to have a life insurance?

If you want to have a secure life and enjoy the life to the fullest, you must have avail life insurance. The moment you avail it, make sure that the life insurance policy is clear to you.  It must be suitable to your needs. Do not just rely on what the agent offers to you. If the policy is obscure, do not hesitate to ask. Lastly, religiously monitor and pay your monthly dues on time in order to avoid inconveniences.

However, some women seem to forget the benefits of taking vitamins. They will just take it seriously the moment they feel something in their body. I am one of the millions of women to just ignore the powerful effects of taking it, this is because of procrastination, shortness in budget and forgetfulness.

We haven’t communicated for more than fifteen yeats,I ddin’t know what happened to her, whether she got married, graduated in college, able to have a stbale job, really don’t have an idea. Until I suddenly it just came into my mind to search her in internet so I quickly  I searched her name in the facebook . I am so glad that I finally found her.

We chatted for about 2 hours. We were talking about our life, profession and dreams.  Knowing her situation today, I am so happy to know that she was now practicing a doctor.
